OPERATIONAL PLANNING MANAGER (M/F)

Do you like to anticipate, organize and move projects forward? Do you have a good understanding of metal construction processes?

As part of the evolution of our organization, we are creating a position of Operational Planning Manager.

A true conductor of planning, you will have a global vision of the activity and will be at the heart of exchanges between the technical office, production, logistics, purchasing, assembly and management.

Your mission:

Guarantee the consistency, reliability and optimization of the company's global planning by coordinating the activities of the technical office, production, logistics and assembly.

Ensure a consolidated vision of loads, capacities and priorities in order to guarantee compliance with deadlines, control of resources and anticipation of risks as well as participate in the continuous improvement of the company's planning.

Your Responsibilities:

Planning management Load / capacity management

• Interdepartmental coordination
• Resource planning
• Steering of planning meetings
• Monitoring of deadlines
• Monitoring of KPIs concerning planning

Your profile:

Above all, we are looking for a person who understands construction and project processes, ideally in metal construction.

You have:

Confirmed experience in planning or project management in an environment with a good understanding of the interactions between technical office, production, logistics and assembly. Good mastery of ERP and planning tools. Strong organizational skills and a good analytical mind and a real capacity for transversal leadership and excellent ease, pragmatic spirit, solution-oriented and continuous improvement.
