Currently, an Accounting Specialist 100% is being sought to manage three sets of accounts, assist with closings, and standardize financial processes. Your tasks at the new employer:

• You will take on versatile tasks in accounts receivable and accounts payable for three companies, gaining exciting insights into different industries and business models
• With your flair for numbers, you are responsible for ongoing bank postings, account reconciliations, and payment transactions, and ensure reliable financial accounting through your careful way of working
• You will actively participate in monthly and annual closings according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), prepare relevant financial data, and maintain regular exchange with various contact persons
• You will actively help shape the standardization of the three sets of accounts, recognize optimization potential, and contribute your ideas to the further development of ERP systems and efficient financial processes

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting, or bring sound practical accounting experience from a comparable professional environment
• Further training as an Accounting Clerk or a federal diploma in finance and accounting is an advantage, whereby particularly your willingness to learn and your desire for professional development count
• You bring experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as ideally in closings according to OR, and are familiar with ERP systems such as Abacus or comparable solutions like SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics
• With your dynamic, flexible, and uncomplicated personality, you like to take initiative independently and bring the required willingness to travel for regular assignments at three different locations
