What you will do with us ##

• Responsibility for the professional, personnel, and administrative management of the midwifery team
• Leadership, promotion, and support of employees in the implementation of professional, individual, and modern care for postpartum women, including the nursing concept
• Ensuring treatment and care of postpartum women in accordance with quality specifications through optimal task management
• Active participation in daily operations
• Partnership-based cooperation in the interprofessional and interdisciplinary area

What you bring with you ##

• Dipl. Midwife FH, or equivalent foreign degree with SRK recognition
• Leadership experience as well as leadership training or willingness to complete such
• High social competence and modern understanding of leadership
• Good organizational and communication skills
