Your tasks * You are responsible for the active and independent marketing of specialist media and their online channels and continuously develop the marketing team together with the management. * You independently observe and analyze the market and fully exploit the possible potential. * You manage an existing portfolio of advertising clients and are active in the new and cold acquisition of potential advertising clients. * You support our customers in designing their cross-media advertising offers. * You design advertising offers and orders and implement them. * You look after advertising clients from the first contact through to the offer and the sale. * You work closely with the Marketing Management, take responsibility for overarching topics and stand by them as a competent sparring partner for strategic, personnel and operational issues. What distinguishes you for the job * You are a motivated and independent personality with experience in sales and a hands-on mentality. Ideally, marketing is also part of your repertoire. * Even in demanding situations, you maintain an overview, set priorities and act in a solution- and result-oriented manner. * Ideally, you have already taken on initial professional or personnel leadership responsibility, led projects or teams or taken responsibility for others in a comparable role.
