Your tasks: • Assessment, troubleshooting and repair of garden equipment and robotic lawnmowers • Advising customers in the field of garden robots and garden equipment • Repair intake • If required, assistance in shipping (max. 20%) • Repair and service of electric vehicles (scooters and Microcars) • Field assignments at customer sites in the areas of advice and installation • Installation and instruction of robotic lawnmowers at customer sites • Winter service on garden equipment and robotic lawnmowers • Advice and sales in the show-room • Participation in supplier training • Assistance with dealer training • Telephone technical support for customers • Troubleshooting and repair of engines (Kawasaki and Briggs) • Warranty assessments of engine damage in consultation with administration Requirements: • Training as a mechanic (preferably motor equipment or agricultural machinery mechanic), alternatively car, motorcycle or construction machinery mechanic, or polymechanic if appropriate knowledge is present • High-voltage technician certificate is an advantage What is offered to you: • A very varied and interesting activity in a top-equipped and motivated team • Work in a brand-new, bright and modern workshop • Fair remuneration and corresponding social benefits • Underground parking space directly at the company Location: Dübiendorf Start of work: Immediately Ref.
