Fähigkeitsausweis or a degree with a focus on Human Resources. You already have professional experience in a similar function and are strong when it comes to building and maintaining relationships. A pronounced "People Value Creation" attitude, empathy, flexibility, and networked thinking characterize your working style. You use proven as well as new technologies in a goal-oriented manner (KI, Successfactors, SAP, etc). You also bring English skills as well as Switzerland-wide mobility.
