FaGe Vocational Trainer / Vocational Trainer Acute Care Luzern

As a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ, you will combine direct patient care with a role in vocational training in an acute clinic in Luzern. You will accompany apprentices and students in everyday nursing practice, impart practical action competencies, and simultaneously work actively in the nursing and care of patients. The permanent position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement with a workload of 80 to 100 %.

What awaits you in this task

• Accompanying, promoting, and practical guidance of apprentices and students in everyday nursing practice
• Nursing and care of patients within the scope of your FaGe competencies
• Implementation of delegated nursing, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• Cooperation with Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen, physicians, and other specialists
• Assumption of administrative tasks as well as defined activities in hotel services

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Interest in the practical training and development of apprentices
• Experience in the acute sector is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
