Methodologically, a multimodal therapy concept is applied with a humanistic orientation and a focus on schema therapy according to Jeffrey Young. Your tasks As a Senior Physician (job sharing possible), you are responsible for the Pünt Mitte ward. In your daily work, you orient yourself towards modern findings and therapy methods. You lead and develop the medical and psychological staff on the ward and, in a tandem model with the ward management, are responsible for the conceptual, organizational and also economic development of the ward. Your profile You are a mature personality with joy and interest in psychotherapy and in leading people. You have completed or advanced specialist medical training.
