Your mission: assume responsibilities as a representative of the Client by being fully involved in the development and realization of renewal projects. ### Concretely, you: Independently lead sanitation, modernization, or full renewal projects of railway infrastructures, more particularly in the field of bridges, tunnels, galleries, retaining walls, and protection structures against natural hazards. Direct and coordinate mandated private offices and successful bidders, as well as specialists from the different internal MOB services. Actively participate in the design and studies of the installations; write technical documents and establish plan approval files. Develop the financial planning of the projects entrusted to you; estimate costs and demonstrate profitability. Conduct the different phases of the project, from preliminary studies to the execution of works and the commissioning of the installations, while respecting the fixed objectives in terms of costs, quality, deadlines, and safety, by identifying and managing risks, and complying with public infrastructure construction processes. Identify and interact with stakeholders with the aim of ensuring their acceptance. Your impact is direct on the safety, performance, and sustainability of the network. But nothing changes without reflection. ### Your profile: EPF or HES engineering degree in civil engineering. A CAS in the railway field is an asset. Minimum 5 years of experience in the management of complex railway civil engineering structure projects. Rigorous, demanding, stress-resistant, entrepreneurial sense and proactive, working both autonomously and in a team. Analytical and complex problem-solving skills, ability to synthesize, writing ease, confirmed talent as a communicator and negotiator. Native French speaker with very good knowledge of German (B2) with the objective of being able to lead projects in the canton of Berne in German, with the place of work in Montreux.
