La Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care in the Est vaudois. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the Etat de Vaud. Its care services are open to all: children, adolescents, adults, and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are offered by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. La Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaudois regional hospitals recognized as being in the public interest. It is also part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Chablais vaudois and valaisan. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, La Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches.

THE MISSION

The nursing assistants' mission is to ensure, on call, the care services required for each patient in close collaboration within an interdisciplinary team. Called upon to intervene in adult hospital units, they have the characteristic of being particularly flexible.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A nursing student who wishes to gain experience in a psychiatric setting or a person holding a CFC as an assistant in community nursing and health (or a title deemed equivalent). We are looking for a person who is particularly adaptable and flexible, having the capacity to be at the service of the patient, their colleagues, and the institution. We are also looking for a person who has availability during the week and on weekends. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of the Foundation and who enjoys interdisciplinary teamwork.
