Production Worker Finish/Deburrer

What is my function? • Deburring and reworking: Mechanical rework as well as edge breaking on punched and surface-coated components • Quality and visual inspection: Continuous inspection of coated surfaces for defects as well as performing dimensional checks • Part preparation: Professional loading and hanging as well as preparing the punched parts for the coating process • Finishing: Careful removal of residues and simple surface processing for a flawless end product • Support in the operation: Assistance with general rework and production tasks What do I need to be successful? • Experience: Ideally experience in metal processing, punching technology, or in a galvanization plant is an advantage • Dexterity: Good manual dexterity and a high awareness of quality during the visual assessment of surfaces • Way of working: Independent, exact, and expeditious way of working • Physical fitness: Readiness for physically demanding work as well as continuously standing activities in an industrial environment • Language skills: Good German skills in speaking and writing for smooth coordination in the team • Attitude: High reliability, punctuality (No shift work!) and strong teamwork skills
