You will be responsible for guaranteeing tactical planning and the steering of flows within the supply chain of the production network, in a context of company transformation and continuous optimization of organizational processes.

Job Description

• Develop and steer the master production schedule (MPS) in coordination with the various production sites.
• Transform demand forecasts into reliable production and supply plans via planning tools (MRP/DDMRP).
• Ensure the availability of components and products in close connection with the production, purchasing, sales, and logistics teams, as well as with suppliers.
• Analyze capacities, demand, and stocks in order to optimize replenishment strategies and safety levels.
• Contribute to S&OP / S&OE processes and to the continuous improvement of planning practices.

Profile sought
-----------------

• Higher education in supply chain, engineering, or industrial management.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial planning or master planning, ideally in a multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle) and Excel; good knowledge of MRP / DDMRP methods.
• Fluent French and English.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and sense of collaboration
