For a technically established company in the field of plant technology, we are looking for an independent personality for the technical field service. You will take over the care of demanding systems at customers and ensure reliable operation with your technical know-how. The position offers a lot of personal responsibility, direct customer contact and the opportunity to develop specifically in a specialized technical environment.

Your Task ##

• Independent execution of service, maintenance and repair work on technical systems
• Commissioning of new systems and support during their handover to customers
• Systematic troubleshooting and sustainable rectification of technical faults
• Installation, configuration and parameterization of controls and electrical components
• Performance of functional controls and technical inspections
• Advising customers on technical questions as well as support with individual solutions
• Creation of service reports and clean documentation of the work performed

Your Profile ##

• Completed technical vocational training, for example in electrical engineering, automation, sanitary, heating or building technology
• Professional experience in technical service, customer service or field service is an advantage
• Experience with controls, electrical components or technical systems is a plus
• Fluent German skills, other languages an advantage
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and professional appearance
• Technical understanding as well as interest in new technologies
• High flexibility and readiness for regular field assignments in Switzerland
• Driver's license Cat. B
