Do you want to actively shape the digitization of one of the most important customer interfaces in the real estate environment? Do you think holistically about products, bring business and IT together and create solutions with real added value for customers and employees?    Then become part of our team and take responsibility for the further development of our digital order management as  Product Owner Digital Order Management  Opfikon, 80-100% What you will do:    • Responsibility for the strategic and operative further development of the platform as well as the digital order management at Wincasa • Definition and implementation of the product vision, roadmap and priorities with a focus on customer benefit, profitability and user-friendliness • Functional leadership of an interdisciplinary team of business, product and IT representatives • Analysis, specification and prioritization of requirements as well as steering of the Product Backlog at the Epic, Feature- and User-Story-level • Leading workshops and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders along the entire Customer Journey • Accompanying new functionalities from the idea through implementation to successful introduction and anchoring in operations; Steering and further development of digital processes with a focus on automation, efficiency increase and customer experience  Why you will succeed: • Education in business informatics, computer science, digital business, business administration or a comparable specialization  • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a comparable role at the interface between business and IT  • Experience with agile working methods as well as in the management of digital products and platforms  • Ability to translate complex requirements into implementable solutions and successfully bring different stakeholders together  • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working combined with high initiative • Proficient German in speaking and writing, further language skills such as French or Italian are an advantage Advantageous: • Experience in the Real Estate, Construction or Facility-Management environment • Experience with tenders, business cases and the evaluation of software solutions and service providers • Experience in corporate structures and with complex stakeholder landscapes • Knowledge in the areas of Customer Experience, Service Design or process digitization  Here are some of our benefits:   • Working hours: We live mobile working with individual (annual) working hours and/or part-time work.
