Lean Manufacturing Specialist

As a practice-oriented Lean Specialist, you will support manufacturing by leading Kaizen events and coaching production teams in process improvements.

Tasks

• Lead Kaizen events and Lean Action Work-Outs from preparation to implementation
• Create Value Stream Maps to analyze current state processes and prioritize improvement potential
• Collaborate daily with production managers and teams to integrate Lean thinking into standard processes
• Conduct practical Lean training and coaching for employees in manufacturing and administration
• Track and report continuous improvement KPIs, including lead time, costs, and quality
• Support the Senior Lean Manager in the further development of the site-wide Lean roadmap

Profile

• Sound, practical experience in the application of Lean methods in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in conducting Kaizen events and Lean Work-Outs
• Knowledge of VSM and central Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, TPM, standard work
• Very good communication skills in German and English
• Formal education with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field is an advantage
