We are currently recruiting several nurses (M/F) for temporary assignments in adult and/or pediatric intensive care, in order to ensure optimal care for patients requiring continuous monitoring and highly specialized care.

These positions offer the opportunity to evolve in a recognized and demanding hospital environment, in the heart of the canton of Vaud.

Your mission: * Ensure the care and continuous monitoring of patients in critical condition, adult and/or pediatric.

• Perform specialized technical intensive care (mechanical ventilation, monitoring, infusions, resuscitation, etc.).
• Evaluate the clinical evolution of patients and adapt care in collaboration with the medical team.
• Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure optimal and coordinated care.
• Ensure the quality, safety, and traceability of care in accordance with protocols and good practices.
• Accompany patients and their relatives with kindness, listening, and professionalism.Your profile:
• HES nurse diploma / or Diploma in a European Community country
• Mandatory recognition with the Swiss Red Cross
• Minimum 24 months of experience in acute care of type CHU or CHR, reduced to 12 months if Swiss HES diploma
• Experience in adult and/or pediatric intensive care.
• Specialized training in intensive care, an asset.
• Mastery of resuscitation techniques and emergency situations.
• Ability to manage emergency situations and prioritize care.
• Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
