Job description
We are looking for YOU! As a committed group leader, you will work together with a motivated team to shape the daily lives of children from the age of 3 months until they enter kindergarten. Your tasks - versatile & responsible

You lead your group team professionally and promote appreciative cooperation.
You plan and shape a varied daily group routine and accompany the children individually in their development. In doing so, you observe and document their progress and set targeted pedagogical impulses.
In exchange with the parents, you maintain a trusting relationship and conduct developmental discussions.
With your ideas, you further develop the pedagogical work and support the Kita management in quality assurance.
You accompany learners and interns and pass on your specialist knowledge.
Your profile - with heart & competence

You have completed training as a Kindheitspädagogin or Kindheitspädagoge HF and bring sound pedagogical specialist knowledge.
You have experience in accompanying childhood development processes and ideally bring knowledge of the BULG concept as well as working with educational spaces.
You work independently, responsibly, and reflectively and actively contribute to the further development of pedagogical quality.
With your open and appreciative manner, you encounter children, parents, and employees at eye level.
You are happy to take on responsibility, work in a team, and contribute your own ideas and creativity.
A pinch of humor, flexibility, and a positive basic attitude round off your profile.
