In the Department of Medical Consultations, the secretariats of Cardiology, Acute Geriatrics, Endocrinology with Dexa, Gastroenterology, Pneumology, Personnel Consultation, Laboratory IZ and EEG are united. As part of this team, you have the opportunity to work in an exciting, broad field of activity, to use and further develop your skills.

Your tasks
The assurance of a smooth workflow of the medical consultation
The scheduling of consultation, treatment and diagnostic appointments
The execution of specific, diagnostic activities in the area of application with patient care as well as assistance during examinations
Performing venous and capillary blood sampling
Correction and dispatch of various outpatient reports, drafting various correspondence as well as, if required, minute-taking of various meetings
Targeted support in process development
The conscientious maintenance of patient files in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision) and being the telephone contact person for patients as well as internal and external partners
Your profile
A completed vocational training preferably as MPA with radiology diploma, or Fachperson Gesundheit with the readiness to acquire a radiology diploma
A high affinity in handling medical technology devices and PC
Stylistically confident German with sound terminology knowledge, with which you reflect our professionalism when correcting medical reports, as well as in processing all correspondence
Farsighted organizational talent as well as a reliable, team-oriented, solution-oriented and highly patient- and service-oriented personality
Interest and joy in the profession and interdisciplinary teamwork
Readiness to contribute inputs, to learn new things as well as to help shape the further development of the consultations
