In this exciting role, you will actively support the respective team leader on various construction sites, with state-of-the-art machines and equipment as well as a company vehicle at your disposal. If suitable, you will also execute smaller construction sites under your own responsibility and be in direct exchange with your supervisor and the client resp. construction management. You have completed vocational training as an industrial and subfloor builder EFZ and/or several years of professional experience as a skilled worker, manual dexterity, technical understanding, high professional competence and good physical constitution. You bring very good knowledge in the production of spatula coatings and PU resp. epoxy resin coatings, can draw on practical experience in the execution of the corresponding preparation and finishing works and convince through high social and communication competence. Loyalty, a high level of commitment, a pronounced sense of duty and responsibility as well as a good team spirit and an exact, clean way of working are a matter of course for you. You also enjoy a service- and solution-oriented interaction with all stakeholders. You can communicate and document very well in German and bring the willingness to also carry out smaller administrative activities conscientiously and expeditiously.
