Estimator Structural Engineering with Management Perspective (m/f/d) 80-100%

Tasks:

• Independent estimation of structural engineering, renovation, and refurbishment projects
• Examination and assessment of tenders, bills of quantities, and project documents
• Preparation of offers and cost estimates
• Support the management in acquisition and project preparation
• Close cooperation with construction management during the execution phase
• Depending on experience and interest, taking over selected construction management tasks or project responsibility
• Collaboration in the further development of processes and standards
• Active participation in company development with the possibility of taking on a function in the management

Profile:

• Training in the main construction industry, ideally with further training as a construction manager, master builder, or comparable qualification
• Experience in the estimation of structural engineering, renovation, and refurbishment projects (or several years of experience as a construction manager with the desire to focus on estimation)
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Responsible, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
• Good MS Office skills, SORBA experience is an advantage
• Driver's license category B
