The position is attached to the Direction de l'immobilier (DI) whose mission is to define a strategy for the real estate portfolio, to develop the coherence of the monitoring of major projects according to the 2022-2040 hospital master plan, in strong partnership with the main State services attached to the Département du territoire, the Département des infrastructures and the one for health, to optimize the monitoring of surfaces and its future planning, while guaranteeing the smooth functioning of services. More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant sense of exigency, a sense of service and environmental responsibility. Attached to the Atelier Service Courant Faible sector, the Atelier Service ensures first-level troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations of the Cluse-Roseraie site. Composed of 6 employees from the professions of electricity, sanitary, carpentry and mechanics, this multidisciplinary workshop participates in maintaining the operational condition of the site's infrastructure and equipment, ensuring their reliability, security and availability. Sanitary Maintenance Technician - 100% Within the Atelier Service, you ensure troubleshooting interventions on the technical installations and equipment of the site, with a specialization in the sanitary field. You diagnose malfunctions, analyze the causes of breakdowns and implement the necessary corrective actions in order to guarantee the continuity and security of operations. You will be required to intervene in the fields of mechanics, carpentry and electricity. In this capacity, you demonstrate versatility and possess general technical knowledge allowing you to perform simple troubleshooting and to effectively direct requests when specific skills are required. You intervene autonomously while respecting defined priorities, particularly regarding the security of users, employees and infrastructure. You ensure the follow-up of intervention requests, the traceability of your interventions as well as the updating of working documents. You also participate in the single window duty. In this capacity, you receive calls from users, evaluate the degree of urgency of requests, provide a first level of response and ensure the orientation or triggering of necessary interventions. Qualifications You hold a CFC as a sanitary installer or an equivalent diploma, and you can justify at least five years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of sanitary installations. You possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the sanitary field and master the tools of the Microsoft Office suite as well as a GMAO software. You also have an excellent command of French, both oral and written.
