Start of position in the autumn. Accounting Manager 60/80% Reporting to the Group CFO, your missions will be to manage the entire accounting of the group's companies as well as produce salaries. Analytical skills will also need to be implemented. More precisely: \* Full accounting cycle up to closings for 1 or more entities spread across 2 different cantons \* Preparation of financial statements, being the point of contact with auditors \* Support of an administrative person and control of AP, AR \* Bank reconciliations \* VAT accounting \* Payroll management process from A to Z, social security charge statements \* HR part: management of arrivals / departures ... \* Support in the cleaning and structuring of the accounting \* Participation in the improvement of IT tools We are looking for a person with: \- 5 years of experience in multi-entity accounting with an HR and payroll management part \- Experience in a project-mode company and experience in a fiduciary are strong assets \- Salary: 80/90K CHF \- position on-site in Morges between 60/80% with some travel to be expected within group companies It is important to be able to evolve in a modern SME environment and to be able to work autonomously on one's tasks while being part of a global ecosystem.
