Your tasks

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and suppliers - by telephone and by e-mail.
• You create offers, process orders and undertake all associated administrative steps (invoicing, orders, invoice control).
• You maintain our data carefully and support the sales team in daily business.

Your profile ###

• Completed commercial training (technical knowledge is not required).
• Experience in administration and order processing.
• Very good German and English skills, French is a plus.
• Confident handling of MS Office.
• Structured, independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, motivated and flexible.
