Proactive has more than 50 employees who strive daily to improve user experience in the fields of health, public administration, and banking Business Analyst Your mission Within our project team, you play a key role in understanding business needs and translating them into concrete solutions. Your main responsibilities • Lead workshops with users and stakeholders • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities • Collect, formalize, and document functional requirements • Write functional specifications and support development teams • Participate in defining and executing test strategies • Ensure delivery follow-up and support production phases • Contribute to the quality and continuous improvement of developed solutions Your profile • Higher education (HES, University, or equivalent) • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects • Good understanding of Agile and/or traditional methodologies • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills • Sense of organization and autonomy • Language skills: French, English (Required), German (appreciated) Additional assets • Experience in the fields of health, public administration, or finance • Good knowledge of the Valais and Romandy economic fabric • Established professional network in Swiss Romandy We offer • Varied projects with high added value • A human-sized company in constant evolution • A collaborative and supportive work environment • Opportunities for development and continuous training Start date: To be agreed Workplace: Sion
