In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an autonomous and experienced Real Estate Manager / Property Manager to strengthen our team in rental management.

Real Estate Manager / Property Manager at 50-80 %

Your missions ###

• Study of tenant files and work to be carried out
• Requesting and comparing offers
• Establishment of leases, addenda, agreements, intervention vouchers
• Processing of terminations, claims
• Release of rent guarantees
• Organization and monitoring of site management (contracts, rental status, relocation of vacant areas and routine renovation work)
• Assistance with move-in/move-out inspections
• Visiting premises and commercial areas for relocation purposes
• Representation of the company during conciliation hearings
• Establishment of invoices, monitoring of rent collections and reminders and organization of recovery plans
• Processing of heating service charge statements and ancillary costs
• Technical monitoring

Your profile ###

• CFC as a commercial employee or manual trade, with confirmed experience of at least 1-3 years as an assistant manager
• Excellent knowledge of tenancy law (Immobase an asset) and technical knowledge
• Confirmed written French and knowledge of usual IT tools
• Driving license mandatory
• Ease of adaptation, ability to negotiate, trainer
• Autonomous, rigorous, versatile and committed
• Residence in Switzerland and valid work permit required
