What you will do

• Pre-preparation and preparation of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
• Dish cleaning in the washing kitchen as well as independent cleaning tasks
• Supervision of the food service
• Assistance in the preparation of cold dishes and snacks
• Support in the daily operations of the business

Your place of work

Our Bistro la Speranza in Theilerhaus in Zug is a lively meeting point for urban guests who appreciate honest, fresh, and varied food. Every day we surprise with a new menu, uncomplicated, seasonal, and full of flavor. Our concept combines quick, fair lunch offers with a cozy atmosphere in the evening.
As part of our team, you will work in shift operation, each from Thursday to Saturday, from 18.00 to 21.30 in the late shift.
