Das -Haus für Mutter und Kind- in Oberstammheim is an institution for eight female residents and their children between the ages of 0 to 6 years who require support in everyday life due to their personal, psychological, and social situations. During their stay, the children and their mothers are supported, accompanied, and cared for by an interdisciplinary team. There is also the possibility for the mothers to pursue work in a small capacity, during which time the children are cared for in the internal childcare. SHAPE THE FUTURE - with us! For our innovative Haus für Mutter und Kind in Oberstammheim, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as Social Worker FH/ Social Pedagogue HF 60%-80% ## Your field of activity - here you could make a difference! ### • Living coaching: As a resource coach (reference person), you develop individual support concepts for mothers and children and contribute to sustainable independence. • Promoting strengths: Through appreciative conversation management in individual and group settings, you strengthen self-confidence and parenting competence. • Setting impulses: You design creative leisure activities that promote development and joy. • Accompanying everyday life: You support mothers in building everyday practical skills and develop sustainable perspectives with them. • Quality documentation: You create meaningful development reports that make individual progress visible. • Assumption of various services during the week and approx. 1 to 2 weekend services per month.
