Deputy Team Lead Picking - Night Shift

Important notes: Working hours: Sun: 22:00 - 05:30 / Mon - Thu: 20:30 - 06:00 What you drive * Operational responsibility: In your temperature zone during the night shift, you ensure smooth picking processes and thus contribute directly to ensuring our customers receive their orders reliably. * Leadership & Development: You lead your team professionally in everyday operations, promote the further development of employees, and support the team lead in leadership tasks. * Compliance with standards: You ensure that quality, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP, Migros-QM) are consistently adhered to and lead by example. * Communication & Cooperation: You ensure the flow of information and, if necessary, bring topics from the team specifically to the responsible departments. * Process optimization: You recognize potential for improvement, contribute your ideas, and support the further development of our processes and workflows.
