Spitex Foppa ensures outpatient care and support for approximately 300 clients in its catchment area around Ilanz. The service area includes the regions of Safiental, Vals, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Andiast/Waltensburg as well as the Ilanz/Glion region. The organization guarantees needs-based care and support in the familiar environment of the clients and works according to the primary nursing model with the goal of promoting independence, quality of life, and individual resources in the best possible way. Healthcare Professional EFZ Your tasks include: • needs-oriented, individual care and support at home • nursing based on the nursing process and corresponding documentation in cooperation with the case manager You possess the following qualities: • completed vocational training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ • You enjoy working independently, responsibly and are flexible • You possess high social competence • You possess a driver's license Cat.
