Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH Wil by arrangement Your tasks You will strengthen our team of admission and emergency station 60+ as a committed and professionally skilled nursing specialist HF / FH in the field of gerontopsychiatry. You will take on the nursing responsibility of individual care and nursing of our patients as a contact person. You will accompany them individually through the nursing/therapeutic process. In doing so, you will also master complex situations successfully. Your areas of responsibility also include shaping everyday life, administration, and carrying out medical/technical instructions. Your profile You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF / FH (SRK recognition or positive SRK pre-check required for foreign diplomas). You have professional experience in somatics or psychiatry, ideally, or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this field. You are interested in working in a multi-professional team in the field of psychiatry and in caring for people with age-related complexity. You are interested in the Safewards and Recovery models and enjoy actively contributing to them. You are a resilient, open-minded person with good communication skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration. You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and bring your good IT user skills into administrative work. Your salary Your gross salary is likely to be between 76,000.- and 110,000.- francs per year for a 100% workload.
