To strengthen our PMO team, we are looking for a dedicated personality as QSE-Manager (80–100 %). Your mission You will actively develop our company in the areas of quality, safety, and environment and make QSE a real success factor. Together with our teams, you will ensure that our standards are not only documented but consistently lived up to in everyday work. Your main tasks Further development of our quality management system and ensuring quality requirements according to QSV. Setting up and continuously developing our safety management system (SMS). Definition and documentation of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities (AKV). Development, monitoring, and evaluation of safety goals and safety indicators. Ensuring the training and further education of our employees in the field of occupational safety (BauAV, SUVA, RTE 20100 / RTE 20600). Setting up and maintaining a systematic competence management system. Taking care of environmental aspects and supporting sustainable project implementations. Introduction and further development of KVP processes as well as KPI and PDCA methods. Planning and moderating Lean-Construction-Meetings to promote efficiency and cooperation. Supporting our project teams during audits, safety inspections, and continuous improvement processes. Your profile Technical basic training with further education in the area of QSE, occupational safety, or management systems. Experience in project management and ideally in the construction, infrastructure, industry, or rail environment. Enjoyment in further developing processes and inspiring people for changes. Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way of working. Strong communication skills, initiative, and assertiveness. Team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility.
