For a long-standing customer, we are looking for a Service Coordinator (m/f/d) as part of a fixed-term project. Your tasks Planning, scheduling, and coordination of service technicians taking into account availability, qualification, regional proximity, and urgency Organization and management of service assignments such as maintenance, repairs, and installations in the field of medium and low voltage systems Close coordination with internal project teams as well as the service team for efficient planning and implementation of daily service activities Monitoring resource planning as well as flexible reaction to short-term changes Ensuring high service quality and timely order processing Coordination between internal and external contact persons Your profile Completed technical or commercial training At least three years of professional experience in service planning, deployment planning, or dispatching, for example as a Service Dispatcher or Service Coordinator Sound knowledge in the field of maintenance, service, commissioning, or repair of electrical systems or technical devices Very good organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working High resilience and strong communication skills Confident handling of MS Office as well as ERP systems; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing; English and French skills are an advantage The offer Exciting fixed-term project assignment in a technically demanding environment Collaboration in a well-coordinated and dynamic service team Modern work equipment and flexible working conditions Possibility of up to two home office days per week Project data Project start: Per sofort Project end: 31.10.2026 (extension option available) Workload: 80–100 %
