Your tasks

• Legal assessment and processing of commercial register entries
• Independent processing of day-to-day business
• Processing of demanding correspondence and legal special cases
• Providing competent information in commercial register and company law
• Collaboration in the Submission specialist unit

Requirements

• University degree in law, attorney or notary patent an advantage
• Ideally several years of professional experience as well as knowledge in company law, knowledge in public procurement law an advantage
• Very careful, structured and independent way of working
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of personal customer contact
• Teamwork skills, flexibility and high commitment
