Visit us at To complete our team, we are looking for a Polisher / Jeweler Your mission: Within our finishing workshop, you will implement your dual competence in jewelry and polishing in order to carry out repair, preparation, and finishing operations on watchmaking and jewelry components. Thanks to your technical mastery and your sense of detail, you will intervene on rework requiring precision, dexterity, and rigor. You are capable of analyzing defects, choosing the most suitable rework method, and guaranteeing a finish that complies with aesthetic and qualitative requirements. Main tasks: Perform laser welding, material buildup, and defect filling operations. Carry out rework after welding in order to restore the geometry and aesthetics of the pieces. Perform the filing, fitting, and burnishing operations necessary for the preparation of the pieces. Prepare, polish, brighten, and felt the surfaces according to the expected level of finish. Master the use of hand tools, brushes, small polishing discs, felts, and various preparation tools. Preserve volumes, angles, and functional zones in order to make the rework as discreet as possible. Ensure self-control of the pieces and report any intervention exceeding the scope of a simple or safe repair. Profile sought: Initial training as a jeweler or an equivalent path demonstrating a solid mastery of the material. Proven experience in polishing and finishing; an overall experience of approximately five years constitutes a relevant benchmark. Good mastery of laser welding and localized repairs. Dexterity, precision, ability to work with hand tools, and sense of surface transitions. Ability to recognize your limits of intervention and to ask for arbitration when the piece requires it.
