We are looking for to complete our Spitex team a:

Your tasks

• Independent and professional care and support of clients at their home
• Responsibility for care planning as well as the evaluation and adaptation of care processes and their documentation in the care file
• Maintenance of care documentation and recording of services according to current directives
• Responsibility for the case management of assigned clients
• Participation in quality development and continuous improvement of care processes

Your profile

• Completed professional training as an HF/FH nurse or foreign diploma recognized as equivalent by the CRS
• Service-oriented and person-centered approach as well as a high degree of empathy and professionalism
• Autonomy, sense of organization, sense of responsibility and goal orientation
