Your profile: * Holder of an ES technician diploma in building technology, a CFC as a draftsman or a title deemed equivalent. * At least 10 years of professional experience in project management and construction management. * Good command of MS Office tools and CAD software (ArchiCAD and/or AutoCAD). * Proven skills in managing construction and renovation projects, preparing tenders, planning and monitoring works. * Good knowledge of sustainable construction principles. * Excellent organizational, analytical, planning and initiative-taking skills. * Ability to work autonomously, while favoring constructive collaboration and a strong team spirit. * Excellent command of French and good writing skills (reports, notices, etc.). * Sense of public service and ease in relations with various interlocutors. Main missions: * Assume the services of project manager related to the construction and renovation of municipal buildings. * Lead real estate projects and ensure the role of representative of the Client towards consultants and companies. * Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules. * Participate in the drafting of proposals, reports and notices. * Draft service or construction tender documents in compliance with the Law on Public Procurement. * Coordinate works with other municipal and inter-municipal services. * Perform various administrative tasks related to the functioning of the service.
