For our client, a leading building technology company in Northwest Switzerland, we are looking for a personality as Project Manager HVACRS (m/f/d) who enjoys taking responsibility and does not simply manage projects, but drives them forward. From the first site visit at the customer's premises to the finished system, the project is in your hands. You recognize what is needed, develop a suitable solution from it, calculate and offer the project, and subsequently accompany the implementation until acceptance. Experienced specialists and assembly teams are at your side - you are the central interface and hold the various threads together. Vacancy No. 6669 ## Tasks ### • You take overall responsibility for your customer projects • You start on-site at the customer's premises and record the technical requirements • You develop solutions and create suitable offers • You accompany the acquisition and conduct negotiations with customers • You create execution planning and coordinate the implementation • You keep costs, deadlines, and quality in view at all times • You coordinate internal specialist departments and ensure optimal deployment planning for the installers • You accompany the projects until successful acceptance • You stand by your customers as a competent contact person during the entire project Requirements ### • Training as a building services planner or installer with corresponding experience in the office area • Further education at HF or FH level, for example Building Services HF, is an advantage • Experience in several HVACRS trades, ideally in the customer project business • Strong technical understanding and economic thinking • Enjoyment of calculation, project controlling, and customer contact • Organizational talent and an independent way of working • Sense of responsibility and enjoyment in making decisions • Confident and convincing appearance IT ### MS Office: good CAD: an advantage Project controlling systems: an advantage Languages ### German m+s: very good Start date ### Immediately or by arrangement Work location ### Muttenz Special features ### Here you experience your project from beginning to end. You see at the customer's site what is needed, develop the appropriate solution, set the project on its way, and later experience how your planning becomes reality through the assembly team.
