Orthopedic surgery treats diseases and accidents affecting the motor system, namely the bones, joints, muscles, tendons, and nerves. To strengthen the department, we are recruiting a: Nurse within the Orthopedic Surgery Unit - CDM 4 months (80%) (ref: 1979)   Your mission: You will be responsible for welcoming the patient and preparing them physically and psychologically for the surgical intervention. In this capacity, you are in charge of: • Settling the patient and presenting administrative organizational information to them • Ensuring pre- and post-operative care and monitoring as well as technical care in orthopedic surgery • Preventing the occurrence of nosocomial infections by promoting a healthy environment around the patient, through compliance with hygiene and asepsis rules • Performing care according to medical prescription and in compliance with the unit and institutional procedures • Ensuring the maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (Carefolio) • Attending necessary training to maintain and develop the skills expected for the position • Knowing how to adapt to emergency situations; knowing how to alert and contact the right interlocutor and performing emergency procedures • Actively participating in the organization of the unit   We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria: • Nursing diploma • Work in 12h shifts (day/night alternation) • In possession of the Red Cross Recognition • 2-3 years of experience in a hospital environment • Meeting the requirements of all our patients (semi-private, private, and VVIP) • Languages: French, English, and Arabic (an asset)  • Experience in orthopedic surgery • Sense of contact and service within the framework of a private establishment • Autonomy, benevolence, versatility (surgery pole), ability to adapt, organization, and sense of priorities are essential qualities • Proof of flexibility in scheduling • Positive attitude within a team and being able to generate a climate of trust • Good knowledge of IT tools (Opale, Carefolio)   We offer you: Contract type: Fixed-term contract - 4 months Percentage: 80% Share on • * • * *
