Introduction

For our client, we are looking for an ambitious personality Head of Fiduciary 80-100% (a). You will manage demanding mandates, actively develop the specialist department, and take over overall responsibility for the fiduciary department in the medium term.

Tasks

• Supervision and management of diverse fiduciary mandates (accounting, taxes, VAT, payroll accounting)
• Advising clients on business management issues
• Active participation in the expansion and further development of the fiduciary specialist department
• Ensuring high-quality mandate management
• Taking over the management of the fiduciary department by the end of 2026

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary environment
• Further training with a federal diploma, certified expert, or comparable higher education (e.g., MAS)
• Experience with fiduciary software
• Structured, reliable, and efficient way of working
• Ambitious, positively minded, and responsible personality
