Are you passionate about carpentry and ready to take on the challenge of successfully managing a workshop? We have the ideal position for you! For a renowned and well-established company in the region, we are looking for its future: Carpentry Workshop Manager 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the carpentry workshop, including production planning, resource allocation, and deadline monitoring
• Lead and motivate a team of qualified carpenters, ensuring that quality and safety standards are respected
• Collaborate closely with the design department to interpret plans and project specifications
• Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure that the workshop is clean, organized, and safe

Profile

• Holder of a CFC in carpentry or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience of several years as a carpenter or in a supervisory role in the carpentry industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods used in custom carpentry
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with clients
