We offer a fair salary, which varies depending on experience and skills between CHF 80’000 to CHF 90’000 per year (100% workload). Applications from talents with different competencies are also welcome; in such cases, your salary may lie slightly below or above the range.

What you can achieve.

• You are responsible for the flawless maintenance and repair of our building technology systems in the assigned market area.
• You carry out installation and expansion work on the assigned buildings and systems according to orders, identify weaknesses, and submit suggestions for improvement to improve and optimize the effectiveness of the managed systems.
• You ensure that safety regulations and building specifications are complied with.
• You continuously document the work performed and maintain the technical documentation.
• You undertake on-call duties and provide fast and competent support during malfunctions and operational interruptions.

What you bring with you.

• You have completed vocational training in building technology (in the field of heating, ventilation, or refrigeration), supplemented by an affinity for the electrical field (NIV15 installation permit is an advantage or willingness to complete this).
• Several years of experience in building technology are required, and you are used to an independent and customer-oriented way of working.
• Independent, customer-oriented work and networked thinking are among your strengths. In addition, you are characterized by your reliability, high willingness to perform, and your organizational talent to manage a market area independently.
• In order for you to reach our locations in the shortest possible time, we require a category B driver's license as well as your willingness to travel. You perform your profession with great joy and, thanks to your flexible nature, you do not mind performing on-call duty for approx. 6-8 weeks per year.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German.
