Your tasks

• Collaboration in building and environmental maintenance (buildings, building technology, disposal, garden, roof terrace, etc.)
• Maintenance of our facilities (equipment, resident rooms, furniture, infrastructure, etc.)
• Collaboration during events
• Collaboration during moves (office and workplace changes, move-ins and move-outs of residents)
• Collaboration in the alarm group, in the on-call and winter service and operational safety

Ideally, you bring with you

• Completed training as a Fachmann:frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or another technical, manual training with experience in maintenance
• Professional practice in a comparable function in the healthcare sector
• PC user knowledge, CAFM knowledge (Waveware) is an advantage
• You have a high willingness to provide service, are flexible and remain calm even in hectic situations
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
• Driver's license Cat. B
