The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts as possible in-house. This way, we remain agile, independent, and efficient. You can achieve this: • Operation and monitoring of production facilities in the direction of injection molding, automation, and packaging facilities • Recognition, analysis, and resolution of simple malfunctions as well as initiation of suitable immediate measures • Reporting and documentation of malfunctions as well as collaboration with maintenance in case of technical problems • Carrying out quality controls and documentation • Documentation of production data and plant conditions • Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations You bring this with you: • Completed vocational training in a technical or industrial profession or comparable professional experience • Experience as a plant operator, machine operator, or production employee • Technical understanding as well as safe handling of process control systems and production facilities • Independent, careful, and responsible way of working • Teamwork, reliability, and assertiveness • Resilient and flexible • Willingness to work in 3-shift operation • Good German language skills (B1) Learn more about career opportunities at Hamilton under jobs.hamilton.ch.
