Your tasks You plan and realize ICT infrastructure projects in the SME environment - from analysis to commissioning You design and implement network, firewall and security solutions You work daily in detail with switching, routing, VPN, VLANs and classic IP protocols You operate and further develop server, storage and virtualization environments You realize cloud and hybrid scenarios (Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware) You support and optimize modern VoIP and communication solutions and understand the technical connections between telephony, network, firewall and site networking You analyze complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level and find sustainable solutions You advise customers with sound technical knowledge and at eye level You document cleanly and actively build up knowledge in the team You contribute to the further development of our services, standards and architectures What you bring with you Training as Informatiker/in EFZ, preferably specializing in system technology (platforms & infrastructure) Further training in the ICT field is an advantage (e.g., eidg.
