YOUR TASKS • You are the first point of contact for our patients, receiving them warmly and recording their data carefully • You schedule appointments and organize the smooth workflow in the Institute for Radiotherapy • You prepare patient documents, coordinate the exchange of documents with practices as well as internal wards and support documentation • You operate the telephone switchboard, process inquiries efficiently and manage electronic data archiving • You reliably create documents, letters and reports according to dictation <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or additional training as a medical secretary • Ideally, you bring experience in a similar position, but are also motivated to learn new things • You have a very good command of written and spoken German; expression, spelling and phrasing are impeccable • Your way of working is careful, organized and confidential and you maintain an overview even in hectic situations • You are confident in using IT systems and are familiar with medical terminology • You enjoy direct contact with patients and support the team with commitment <br /> This position can be filled flexibly: Either with a workload of 90% by a single person or by two people with a workload of 40% and 50%.
