You learn everything that makes a company work from a commercial standpoint - and you work with people who deal with industrial clients on a daily basis. What you learn at UNITY ## You go through four areas and work fully in each - not as a spectator: • Marketing: co-producing Instagram posts, maintaining marketing materials, creating content for the website, planning events. • Executive Assistance: preparing offers, client communication, organizing travel - also for colleagues from other UNITY sites. • Human Resources: drafting contracts, accompanying employee onboarding, supporting recruitment. • Financial Accounting: recording invoices, posting bank statements, tracking payments. All areas already use AI systems to assist them. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn how these systems work in a corporate environment and facilitate your daily routine. • You will gain an overview of the purchasing, sales and production areas via an external internship, for example in a group company near Büren. Vocational school: your vocational schooling takes place in blocks at the Ludwig-Erhard-Berufskolleg in Büren. What you bring ## • Interest in economic relations - you occasionally read about how companies work, not just because it is in the economics curriculum. • The willingness to reach out to others and to ask questions when something is not clear. • Confident mastery of digital tools and the desire to quickly learn new ones. • Baccalaureate (general or technological) or equivalent diploma. We look particularly at German, English and mathematics - with an average of at least 1.9 in these three subjects, you are in the running with us. • Driving license category B or BF17 - or the intention to obtain it during the first year of training. What you can expect ## • Training remuneration (gross/month): 1st year 1 050 - · 2nd year 1 150 - · 3rd year 1 250 -. Plus 600 - annual variable gross in case of full achievement of objectives. You discuss your objectives with your training manager at the beginning of each year. Gross amounts, situation in July 2026. • An apprentice group that deserves the name: 12 apprentices and work-study students from several cohorts. This is not obvious in a consulting firm - thus, there is always someone you can learn from. • Mentoring program: a fixed contact person in the apprentice group from day one, independent of your training management. • Semiannual development interviews with your tutor - structured, with a written report, not thrown together. • UNITYacademy from day one: for example, courses on the fundamentals of marketing or project management. • Apprentice events: sailing trip, collective visit to Libori, escape room, and much more. And after the training? The question you really want to ask: will I be hired? Honest answer: Among the industrial commercial assistants who have completed their training with us since 2020, 100% have found a permanent position in marketing, human resources, financial accounting or executive assistance. We do not give a guarantee and do not claim that everyone gets one. But we do not train to let people go afterwards. If you wish to continue learning, you have two options: • Bachelor Professional (State-certified business manager) - in parallel with the training from the 2nd year. • Dual study or part-time studies after the training - several former apprentices continue their studies with UNITY.
