Freight Forwarding Agent Air Freight Export (m/f/d)

How you contribute * End-to-end support for our customers along the entire air freight transport chain

• Control and coordination of export shipments taking service, quality, and deadline specifications into account
• Planning and disposition of transports as well as ensuring a smooth process
• Proactive shipment monitoring and transparent communication with customers and partners
• Creation and verification of relevant transport and customs documents.
• Close cooperation with airlines, transport companies, and internal stakeholders
• Continuous monitoring of KPIs and implementation of optimization measures

What distinguishes you

• Completed training in freight forwarding and logistics or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of air freight and dangerous goods certificate is an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Organizational talent, team spirit, and flexibility
• Fluent German and good English skills in speaking and writing
