The Sozialberatung Laufental is a special-purpose association for nine municipalities in the Laufental region and supports clients in the area of statutory social assistance. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Sachbearbeiterin / Sachbearbeiter Intake und Subsidiaritäten (80 %) ## Your tasks ### • Carrying out preliminary investigations and administrative intake of new cases (Intake) including opening a dossier • Comprehensive examination of the entitlement to economic social assistance • Independent case management during the first three months after intake • Creation of needs calculations and other professional investigations • Review and control of social assistance dossiers with regard to material entitlement requirements and subsidiary benefits • Identifying, asserting, securing, and enforcing services and claims against third parties • Monitoring and controlling incoming services from third parties • Resource-oriented and solution-oriented support for people in different life situations on their way to professional and social integration • Written and oral contact with authorities and insurance companies • Professional support for social workers and administrative staff Your profile ### • Completed commercial training • Further education in the field of social insurance • Several years of professional experience, preferably in the social assistance, social insurance, or administration sector • Pronounced understanding of numbers and enjoyment of administrative tasks • Stylistically confident German in word and writing • Very good user knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of KLIBnet is an advantage • Analytical thinking and a structured, efficient, and precise working method • High degree of independence, resilience, and flexibility • Pronounced social competence and service orientation We offer ### • A varied and responsible activity in a meaningful environment • A committed and collegial team • Modern employment conditions • Careful introduction and professional support by an experienced team • Independent work with scope for design
