Specialist in Care, Vocational Trainer function

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Specialist in Care, Vocational Trainer function

Your tasks:

• You routinely manage demanding care situations and offer our residents high-quality care and nursing
• As a reference person, you are significantly involved in the design of the care process. However, you place at least as much value on care and milieu-therapeutic aspects
• As an experienced specialist, you motivate and accompany our apprentices until the qualification procedure

Your strengths:

• You have training as a Specialist in Care and bring experience in the field of long-term care.
• You have completed the vocational trainer course and successfully acquired the SVEB1 certificate, or respectively, bring the willingness to acquire this.
• You bring social competence, have an independent way of working, and enjoy working in a self-organized team.
