As a central contact person, you answer technical and specialized questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and BVG. You look after our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing, and in person with great competence and commitment. With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions. Together with the team, you actively help shape market development and sales promotion. You accompany our apprentices in everyday professional life and specifically promote their professional and personal development. What you bring Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience at an all-line insurer You already have the VBV certificate (all lines) or have the willingness to obtain it.
